I am married and mom to two boys. I am an interior designer and retail shop owner in Ponte Vedra Beach. My shop, Boxwood & Birch, located on A1A is a destination for home furniture, lighting, decor and gifts.
We have recently expanded the shop to include a wider range of products and price points including tabletop, body care, and handbags, scarves and hats. Interior design is my second career, after a successful mortgage banking career I returned to school to study interior design and launched CSR Interiors in 2010. Shortly after I started CSR Interiors, I served as the President of the North Florida Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers for two terms, after having served as the Communications Director. Last year I was honored to be named the American Heart Association’s First Coast Woman of Impact, having raised the most funds in their Go Red for Women Campaign.

Alan and I will celebrate our 23rd anniversary this year. We have two sons; Walker is 21 and Eric is 29. Alan is an avid surfer and I am addicted to tennis. We enjoy the beach and bike rides in our down town. Looking forward to making more time for travel.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?  I love creating beautiful and functional homes for my clients. Medure, Cafe Andiamo and Palm Valley Fish Camp.

Although it is a resort / tourist destination, Ponte Vedra Beach does not feel at all “touristy.”
